All our bedrooms are light, airy and recently decorated, with many period features remaining on the lower floors and views over the gardens and streets of this leaf residential neighbourhood. The upper floor rooms afford views of Blackford hill and the Royal Observatory and, in the other direction, of Arthurs Seat, Edinburghs ancient extinct volcano. |

Although there is just one step up at the building enterance, if you have difficulty with stairs please ask about this at the time of booking. Private parking is available to the front of the building, with additional unrestricted parking nearby. |
